Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NoCook mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store policies.

3. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where there is a conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

4. Disclaimer — recipes are informational only

Recipes in the App are provided for general informational purposes. They are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Nutritional values are estimates. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and for any dietary suitability. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet.

5. Intellectual property

All recipes, text, images, and trademarks within the App are owned by NoCook or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
